We want you to be pleased with your purchase from Yoella Razili Studio. Because our products are original artworks and unique, one-of-a-kind items, all sales are final except when an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.
Returns and exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Changes of mind
- Preference regarding color, size, texture, or appearance
- Items that do not fit an intended space
- Minor differences between the artwork and how colors appear on a screen
- Items damaged after delivery
- Orders submitted with an incorrect shipping address
Please review all product photographs, descriptions, dimensions, and other details carefully before completing your order. Contact us before purchasing if you have questions about a piece.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if the request is received before the order has been processed or shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at Yoella Razili Instagram. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be completed.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued depend on PayPal, the customer’s bank, or the original payment provider.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent. Return-shipping arrangements for an approved claim will be communicated to you before an item is returned.
Do not send an item back without contacting us and receiving return instructions.
